Service Scope Policy

Written scope first
For Build and Launch packages, work begins only after a written scope confirming deliverables, turnaround, revisions, required inputs, and exclusions. Fixed remote SKUs follow the inclusions on each service page and below.
Emergency Diagnostic ($39)
Includes a 15-minute video diagnostic and recommended next steps. It does not guarantee a full repair within the diagnostic window.
Quick Tech Fix ($79)
Includes one 45-minute remote session, diagnosis, best-effort fix within session time, a short written report, and one follow-up check within 48 hours. Excludes hardware replacement and multi-day rebuilds.
Streaming & Creator Setup ($99)
Includes a credential-free OBS execution manifest, validated encoder, bitrate, resolution, frame-rate, and audio settings, local import and private-test checklists, plus an optional remote setup session. Stream keys and passwords remain on the customer device. Excludes paid software licenses, custom overlay design packages, hardware, and ongoing community management.
Website Repair ($149) & Hosting Setup ($179)
Website Repair covers diagnosis and best-effort repair of deployment, DNS/domain, broken features, and performance issues within the package window, plus a written change summary. Hosting & Launch Setup covers hosting configuration guidance, SSL/DNS verification, basic analytics wiring, and a post-launch smoke-check. Neither includes full redesigns, custom app development, or third-party license fees.
Landing page & automation
Fixed packages include the features listed on each service page and the agreed revision rounds. Custom builds typically start with a $499 project deposit; totals are confirmed in writing. “Complete Automation” excludes custom CRM licensing fees, paid third-party API costs, and open-ended feature development beyond the written scope.
Ownership
Upon final payment, you own deliverables created specifically for your project. Third-party themes, fonts, stock assets, and tools remain subject to their licenses.
