Refund & Cancellation Policy

Diagnostics & quick fixes

If we cannot start your scheduled remote session for reasons on our side, we will reschedule or refund the unused session fee. No-shows without 4 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

Project deposits

Build deposits are refundable less a documented discovery fee if you cancel before written scope is approved. After scope approval and work begins, deposits are applied to completed work and are generally non-refundable.

Blueprints

Digital blueprint purchases are refundable only if generation fails and we cannot deliver the blueprint within a reasonable time.
